and Gary Morris, partners in Morris Developers L.L.C., continue to uphold
the Morris family's half-century tradition of leadership in residential
real-estate development, construction and sales in their hometown, Fenton,
Michigan, and surrounding areas.

Together, Rick
and Gary have more than 35 years of combined experience in building
top-quality custom single-family homes and subdivisions. Both brothers
are licensed builders by the State of Michigan.
Their
newest project, Hidden Ridge Condominiums in Linden, Michigan, has provided
Rick and Gary with an exciting new opportunity. Drawing upon their extensive
custom building experience, they have developed a premier residential community
that combines the quality and pride of custom-home ownership with the
ease and affordability of condominium living.

Morris family got its start in the mid-Michigan housing industry in
the early 1950s. At that time, Rick and Gary's father, Ray Morris, was
a prominent figure in the Fenton real-estate market. He co-developed
and sold homes in the Westwood Park subdivision, which were built by
his brother, Robert Morris.
Rick started framing
and building houses at age 20 and gained extensive experience in the
building trades. He became a custom homebuilder after receiving his
builder's license in 1977. To date, Rick has constructed more than 100
fine quality custom homes in southern Genesee, northern Livingston and
northern Oakland counties through his company, Morris Custom Homes Inc.
He is a member of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Flint, and
his model homes have been featured in both the Genesee County Parade
of Homes and the Livingston County Cavalcade of Homes.
Gary followed in
his father's footsteps, becoming a licensed real-estate broker. For
15 years, he managed Ray Morris Real Estate in Fenton. In 1985, Gary
became a full-time homebuilder and created his own company, Gary Morris
Construction, which has been building custom homes in the Fenton area.
In 1992, Rick and
Gary formed their partnership, Morris Developers L.L.C., to develop
residential property. Together, the Morris brothers have developed and
built several custom-home communities in the Fenton area. They constructed
26 custom homes for the final phase of Jayne Hill Farms, a single-family
subdivision in the city of Fenton. They also built a majority of the
46 custom homes in Crystal Cove, a single-family subdivision in Fenton
Township. The Morrises enjoy a reputation for quality and integrity.
